The prosecution in trial of the man accused of killing two people at a New Albany warehouse in February 2025 rested their case Tuesday. The Bruce Foster's defense team will have the chance to make a case Wednesday afternoon. This being a bench trial, there will be no jury deliberation. The judge presiding over the case will ultimately decide Foster's fate.

The Big Ten and SEC have approved a ban on pro players returning to college sports and the Big 12 is also considering a similar move. The Big Ten adopted the new rule Tuesday saying underclassman who declared for the NFL Draft and didn't withdraw, signed contract or appeared on an NFL roster are ineligible to play college ball again.
