Ohio BCI is investigating after a Hilliard police officer shot a man who authorities say pulled a gun while officers were attempting to serve an arrest warrant for exposing himself. The man survived and no officers were injured. The police chief says it is the first officer-involved shooting in Hilliard in several years.
